If you receive the error message 'Invalid UID' when connecting to the CamHipro app then it would be worth checking that after pressing Add camera, 'IP Camera' and then 'Device in use' have been selected regardless of your camera type. 


Then, if the error message persists, the UID code can be manually entered as shown on the sticker on the side of the camera. The UID typically starts SSAA- or SSAH-
