We are really sorry if this happens to your order. We ship using DPD from Highland Perthshire. Overall, we are very happy with the service we receive using DPD as our primary courier. Over 95% of Farmstream orders are delivered on time however, a very small amount do experience delays by a day or two and we simply apologise for this and ask for your patience during this time.
