When adding a camera to a new phone/device, you may receive a wrong password error message. When first setting up the camera, the username and password would have been as below:


Username: admin

Password: admin


A security feature of the app prompts you to update the password to something more secure (new password must be a minimum of eight characters long, with a minimum of one upper case letter and one number). For your camera to show online and streaming live footage from the app, the password will have been updated to something more secure. 


If you cannot remember this password, and wish to add the camera to a second phone/device, we recommend using the sharing QR code method. If you wish to reset the password to admin and then update the password to something more secure, the camera can be factory reset.
