We recommend mounting the camera 8ft or 2.5m off the ground. This is a general guideline only and we recommend that you also take into consideration your setup and the specific area(s) that you wish the camera to cover and adjust the height accordingly. For example, if it is a large area you wish to cover, we recommend mounting the camera higher for a better coverage.
