To connect your mobile device to your WiFi camera when your WiFi camera is hardwired back to a router via an ethernet cable, please follow the steps below while standing close to the WiFi camera:

1. Connect the WiFi Camera power
2. Connect the WiFi Camera to the router via ethernet cable
3. Download the CamHipro app onto your mobile phone
4. Open the CamHipro app
5. Tap to add camera
6. Tap 'IP camera'
7. Tap 'Device in use'
8. Scan the QR code on the side of the camera or manually enter the UID number into the UID box on the app. The UID number is shown on the sticker on the camera and generally begins SSAA- or SSSS-
9. Click 'add to' 

This should be the WiFi camera connected to your device.
