Can you please confirm the carrier of the sim in the camera. If you are using then giffgaff sim then this will be O2.
Secondly can you please stand beside the camera and run a speed test on your phone (https://www.speedtest.net/
) and send us the results? We also need to know the carrier of the sim in the phone which the speedtest was performed on and finally the nearest postcode to the building which the camera is in.
