To reset the camera autofocus module, open the preset position screen, enter the number Preset 111 then press Call and then 222 then press Call, (`Call` button -iPhone or `Transfer` button -Android).
If you are still experiencing difficulty with the focus of your camera, please email info@farmstream.co.uk with your camera UID and password or QR code for further assistance. The UID can be found beside the camera name on the app and begins SSSS or SSAA.
