To reset the camera autofocus module, open the preset position screen, enter the number 229 and then press the call button (iphone) or transfer button (android).
If you are still experiencing difficulty with the focus of your camera, please email info@farmstream.co.uk with your camera UID and password for further assistance. The UID can be found beside the camera name on the app and begins SSSS or SSAA.
