WiFi or 4G coverage is required in the spot you wish to place a Farmstream camera. If you stand in the spot you wish to place the camera, with your mobile phone to hand, you can check to see if you can connect to the internet via WiFi or 4G.
The images attached show if a phone is connecting to WiFi or 4G and if you are connected to either, are you able to load a speed test at https://fast.com/ ? Please run the speed test and then press the 'Show more info' button to see the upload speed result. We recommend 5Mbps as the minimum upload speed for our cameras to function.
